We get our breakfast, the guys stood up earlier than we did… At 7.30 there is sunrise, but it is not that impressive either...
..But the light reflections over the sand are beautiful.
.
..
The guys make everything ready for our return to the “city”… .
.There are a couple of crows sitting on the camels back, in case there are food remains... It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to get back to the meeting point, a bit quicker than on the way from, as Mohan gets the camels running…. I don’t like it at all, I am glad when we arrive to the car that is waiting for us to take us back to the hotel.
We thank Mohan and Tellu for being such nice guides….Bye, bye guys, bye bye camels.
.
I don’t think I would like to make other camel rides in the future, although the desert landscape is so beautiful.
It is definitely too bumpy for me.
...In the afternoon, Christine and I walk around in the city, going to the Post-Office
and walking all around the fort, before visiting the Palace of the Maharawal within the fort. It is a beautiful place.
Nice ceilings,
carvings..

..
a beautiful bedroom, nice sculptures….
We also get nice views over the city from terraces. I stay around 1 hour there, as I have an appointment for a massage. I need it after the bumpy camel ride…
Later, I also have eyebrow threading. Eyebrow hair removed with a thread… It is the very first time I am doing it this way and it is very interesting to see how the lady does it.
